Deep tissue massage is often recommended for individuals with constant discomfort associated with movement or body aches.

This massage uses slow and calm movements, promoting muscle relaxation, sedating and harmonizing the nervous and endocrine systems, thus calming the body. It is used in conjunction with reflexology techniques to harmonize systems and organs. Indicated for stress reduction and emotional and physical balance.
