The techniques involve massages, touches, pressure of specific points and therapeutic manipulations aiming to unclog the tissues, tendons, joints, releasing the channels (energy meridians) and helping the organs to work in harmony. Body reading exercises are used, expanding a breath, correcting posture and working on body awareness.
The work is integrated with therapies of oriental medicine, zen shiatsu, bioenergetic massage, deep and structural release maneuvers, chromotherapy and colorpuncture, with reading and harmonizing the energy centers of the body.
