MY STORY
I started my studies with transpersonal psychology, terapias complementa and in meditation in 1998.
The work was developed in conjunction with different practices in the field of transpersonal psychology, of neo-Reichian approaches, and through various body and group work, art and music therapy, and natural therapies, always attending and guiding in the field of health and holistic philosophy. Creating a therapy that combines transpersonal psychology and bioenergetic bodywork with experiences with holistic therapeutic techniques, art therapy, meditation and natural practices.
The therapy approach is existential-phenomenological. I use the expanded cartography of the human psyche proposed by Stanislav Grof, focusing on bodily and energetic processes and on the phenomenological approach to gestalt therapy. The therapy is client-focused, com respect and attention to your inner world and experiences, acting with a responsible and systemic look, guiding and supporting human development toward greater emotional clarity and conscience.
The proposal
Create a therapeutic space in a systemic way, specific for those who seek greater contact with themselves and with harmony, a space that offers refuge and integration for the concerns and conflicts originating from our excessively rational way of life. Offer responsible and qualified listening, for support in moments of difficulties and suffering that you may be experiencing, with the safety of the therapeutic environment. Through perception, body awareness, emotional deepening and creative expression, contact with the internal process is rescued, improving the quality of relationships with other people, with oneself and with the spiritual dimension of life.
